Here's all you need: Eggs, protein powder, vanilla sugar and a can of cream cheese.
Start by taking three egg whites in a bowl.
Whisk the egg whites in a bowl until they are fixed. You can turn the bowl upside down without it spilling out.
Pour in a can of cream cheese and 2 cups vanilla protein powder and stir well.
Add a little vanilla sugar.
Mix now down the cream cheese and the protein in the bowl with the egg whites.
... and mix it well
Pour the batter into a bowl.
And place it in the freezer for approximately 2 hours.
Take it out of the freezer, eat, and build muscle.
