How to make your itouch or iphone neon colored!

Go to settings

Tap on General

Scroll to the bottom & tap on Accessibility

Turn White on Black on.

:) DONE! :) but now u can turn it on and off by following those steps or tapping your home button three times. REALLY FAST!(:
