Eating the inside and using the peels works just as well. Every few hours check the water level and add more when it's low. Mine has lasted a day and a half before I had to add more cinnamon.

- 1.0 Orange - peels or whole orange
- 1.0 Cinnamon
- 2.0tsp Sugar (white or brown)
- 1.0tsp Nutmeg
