Easy way to make great Yorkshires every time! No resting time, just make and bake!

Whisk it up, you may need to add a touch more milk. It should be the consistency of pouring cream

Put duck fat/any fat in a muffin tray

Place in hot oven 250c until fat melts and starts smoking

Drain off fat while leaving a little bit in the tray. Please be careful not to burn yourself as it will be very hot and fat burns aren't very nice!

Add Yorkshire mix 1/3-1/2 and place back in oven for 10-15 minutes, don't open oven door as they need heat and won't rise! If you need to peek open oven door a tiny bit and be fast!

They will start to look like this which is what you want! Turn down the heat to about 200c and let dry out for a bit, so the outside is set and nice and crunchy!

And there you go, serve with roast beef and horseradish sauce! Enjoy:)
