STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Easy way to make great Yorkshires every time! No resting time, just make and bake!
Grab some eggs
And milk
And flour
Equal measure of all three. 200ml of whole eggs
200ml of whole milk
200ml plain flour
Whisk it up, you may need to add a touch more milk. It should be the consistency of pouring cream
Put duck fat/any fat in a muffin tray
Place in hot oven 250c until fat melts and starts smoking
Drain off fat while leaving a little bit in the tray. Please be careful not to burn yourself as it will be very hot and fat burns aren't very nice!
Add Yorkshire mix 1/3-1/2 and place back in oven for 10-15 minutes, don't open oven door as they need heat and won't rise! If you need to peek open oven door a tiny bit and be fast!
They will start to look like this which is what you want! Turn down the heat to about 200c and let dry out for a bit, so the outside is set and nice and crunchy!
And there you go, serve with roast beef and horseradish sauce! Enjoy:)
