How to make winter time nails

Some of my things...if you do not have a dotting tool, a toothpick works awesome...I got this variety pack off midnight box for like $1...AND they're marble!!!!!!

Paint all your nails black, except your ring finger

Paint your ring finger a light blue

Take your dotting tool (or toothpick)

Dip it in white paint and make little dots representing falling snow, making the dots more close and frequent at the bottom to make it look like it has set on the ground already

Do this step on ONLY your black nails

On the blue nails, take a nail art brush and draw a little snowflake or two!

And you have winter wonderland nails! If you're like me, I took glitter and went over the snow...I like sparkles =D finish with a clear top coat!
