mix flour ginger cinnamon baking soda nutmeg and salt in a medium bowl
mix butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium spped
Add molasses eeg and vanilla beat well.And then place in freezer for10-15minutes
shap dough into 1 inch balls
Roll in granulated sugar.
bake 8 to 10minutes or untill it's begin to brown.
iimmediately press a couple of white chocolate chips into center of each cookie
