INGREDIENTS
Mix 4 large room Temp eggs and a cup of sugar( 200g)
Mix well until pale
Add the canned caramel and continue mixing
In a separate bowl mix the 400 g cream and 1,5 tea spoon baking soda
Add the cream and soda mixture to the batter and continue beating
For the final step mix together the dry ingredients( 400g flour, 10g baking powder, 10g vanilla powder) and sift in the batter
Divide the batter into two layers and bake at 360F preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes( check the readiness with inserting a toothpick into the sponge. If it comes out clean, the sponge is ready)
For the frosting melt 100g of white chocolate over a ban marine
In a bowl beat 200 butter until pale, and gradually add 1 can of condensed milk
As far as you reach this consistency add 10g vanilla powder
And the melted chocolate
This is the cream we are looking forππ
Divide the cream into 2 parts and add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to one half of it
Frost the first Layer with a chocolate cream
Put the second layer and cover the whole cake with the remaining white frosting
As a final touch sprinkle with cocoa powder and take to the fridge for at least 4 hours
