Gather your supplies and preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Combine flour, salt and baking powder
Add 1 cup packed brown sugar
Mix all the dry ingredients completely
In a food processor add the beans and chopped datesThen blend it all together until it forms a paste.
Next add the water and apple cider vinegar
Blend it all together again
Add the bean mixture to the dry ingredients
Add the chopped walnuts (if using)
Mix in the chocolate chips and the (optional) cocoa nibs
Don't forget to spray or grease your dish!
Place it in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
