Soak the cashews in water overnight in the refrigerator.

Rinse the cashews. Add them to your blender with just enough water to cover the nuts. Blend until completely smooth (a thick cream consistency).

Take 1 cup of the thick cream you just prepared (you can save the rest for use in both savory and sweet dishes). And use it to prepare the whipped cream.

In your blender, combine the 1 cup of thick cream, vanilla & honey. Then slowly drizzle in your melted coconut oil. Once combined refrigerate for two hours.

Fluff up the cream with a fork or whisk just before serving! Delicious!

  • 2.0c whole, raw cashews
  • 1/4c Honey
  • 1/2tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2c Refined Coconut Oil
