Materials: -700 g of watermelon -1 small red onion -180 g of feta cheese -1 bunch of fresh mint -extra virgin olive oil and Black pepper
Cut the watermelon into flesh chunks like shown above.
Get a full onion, peel it and then slice it very finely
Then get crumble the feta so no big chunks are left
Then grab a bunch of mint and start tearing it into small pieces
To finish off place all in a bowl and add Black pepper and olive oil for flavour
