Get your polishes. These are By China glaze and their new Electric Nights Collection. You can find these at sallys beauty supply.
You will need bottles/distilled/spring water. NOT TAP WATER. Your water will need to be room temperature.
Get a toothpick or anything slim.
Add topcoat and you're done!!
