wood craft sticks 1/2″ square balsa wood rod pliers with wire cutting blade craft knife sand paper hot glue gun washi tape scissors Mod Podge

First step is to cut wood pieces.Using wire cutting blades on pliers, snip off the ends of each of each craft stick. After each craft sticks were cut, sand off any rough edges on a sheet of sand paper

Using four washi tape patterns you can pick one favorite. The washi tape is just the right width to cover the craft sticks. Using scissors, cut the ends off the tape. Finish by pushing down the tape.

Using 7 tape sticks and 3 wood pieces per pallet, plan out your pattern and structure of your mini pallet. Line up 3 wood sections spaced evenly apart, attach one tape stick on the top with a glue gun.

glue the center stick straight across the middle. Next to the mini pallet structure, that was starting to come together, so it made it easy to finish by adding the last 4 craft sticks

Make sure sticks are evenly spaced out. It was easy after the first sections in place. Finally, apply a coat of Mod Podge on top to seal everything. I used the matte finish on my coasters.
