In a blender put the 250 grams of walnuts (excellent quality) + 250 grams of water + 1TBsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice + 1 tsp of salt. Few pulses them turn on hi high 30 seconds...
Transfer in a bowl check consistency . Add more water if you like your sauce more loose. Adjust lemon and salt..... SAUCE IS READY
Today, I made it thick because i am using it a dip dish in the middle of the table...part of the mezzeh
Add some olive oil
Decorate with some green herb of your choice or by any herb you have at hand. Here I used parsley
