Wash the grapes and dry them with tissue
Separate them into each grape, dry them carefully
Fill 1 layer of grape in the bottom
Then a layer of sugar
Repeat the steps until you have filled your jar, add some white rice wine if you have, just to add some alcohol in it.
Put the jar in the dark cool place, mine go in the cabinet since September 7th
Now, October 21st, more than a month, I pulled it out and there is some grape juice inside. :)
All the grapes lose their inner juice and turn smaller than before
Get a glass of ice, put some grape juice in, a bit water so it will taste less sweet. Enjoy :)
