Put all ingredients in a bowl

Mix together with a spoon

Line cookie sheet pan with parchment paper to put cookies on

Scoop out cookie dough and line up on cookie sheet

Roll out cookie dough with your hands

Crisscross with a fork. Put cookies in a 350• pre heated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes

Cookies will look like they're not done but as they set they will harden.
