Dice onion and pepper.
Add oil to frying pan on medium heat.
Add onions and peppers. Fry until softened.
Add spinach and cook.
Add pasta sauce, garlic and pesto. Cook until hot.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Add some of sauce and vegetable mixture to bottom of casserole dish.
Layer lasagna sheets on top of sauce mixture.
Add additional sauce to top. Sprinkle cheese. Repeat until all lasagna sheets are used.
Top with remaining cheese.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Cover with tin foil and cook for one hour.
Remove tinfoil for last 10 minutes to brown the top of the lasagna.
Serve and enjoy.
