Put all ingredients in blender: put coconut milk in first, then the sliced avocado, and then the remainder of the ingredients, adding ice last.

Everything is in and ready to go\u2026  If you're working with a less-powerful blender, add ice in a little bit at a time after beginning the blending process.

Blend until everything is completely smooth, smoother than you ever thought possible... Depending on your blender, you may need to open the blender and stir a bit to get the mixture going.

I make Frosty cups as well. You can serve them just like this, or freeze overnight.

I actually cover these with foil before letting them freeze overnight, and then remove from the freezer about 30 minutes before I want to serve them and set them on the counter.

  • 1/4c Cacao nibs
  • 1/4c Stevia in the raw, or sugar if you prefer.
  • 1/2c Avocado, peeled (crazy, I know), just go with it
  • 3.0c Ice cubes or crushed ice
  • 1.0 Can coconut milk, full fat
  • Additional stevia, sugar or agave sweetener to taste
  • 12.0 Pitted dates (equals about a cup)
  • 1/2pch Salt
