Pour the coconut milk to a blender
Pour the sugar in
Pour into a container with lid that can go to the freezer (thats if you dont have an ice cream maker, in this case, just let the machine do the magic!)
Set your timer for 30 min
After 30 min take of the freezer and give a good whisk so the air can come in and form that reamy consistency
Freeze again and wait for another half hour
This time pour in your shredded coconut(optional) and another whisk
Anooother half hour
