Ingredients:oat flour, soy flour, baking powder, agave sirup, vegan chocolate chips (white), vegan dark 87% chocolate, chia egg, vanilla bean paste, coconut oil (not melted), almond milk
Tools: bowl, tablespoon, teaspoon, baking tray, baking paper, measuring jug.
Mix soy flour,oat flour,coconut oil, (medium hard consistency), vanilla bean paste and a splash of almond milk in the blender. Transfer to a bowl & mix in the chocolate chips with a spoon.
Form into cookies on the lined baking tray. Leave in fridge for 5-10 mins before heating.
Heat on 175 degrees celcius for 12-15 mins. Let cool for 5-10 mins after while you melt the dark chocolate.
Put water in the casserole and let it simmer. Put the bowl on top and add the dark chocolate. Stir gently until it melts.
Even consistency like this
