Gather your supplies
Mix sugar, icing sugar, vanilla and egg yolks
It should look a bit like this...
Whip the cream
And mix it all together
Now put the icecream in a icecream machine or just freeze it in your freezer if you don't have a machine. If you freeze your ice cream in a freezer it will be ready after 6-8 hours.

- 1.0Tbsp Vanilla sugar or a vanilla bean
- 2.0c Sugar
- 2.0Tbsp Icing Sugar
- 8.0 Egg yolks
