How to make use of minecraft 1.4.2

Hello! This is a quick guide on some cool new features to have fun with in the newest version of Minecraft 😃

Because these are screenshots from a widescreen Mac, you will need to tap on the photos to see the whole image.

First thing: Instead of only using default worlds for survival, consider customizing a flatland! Just click on customize, then choose a preset or make your own.

Second cool thing to do is too rename items with the use of an anvil. Just put an item (almost any item) in the first square, and have a ball. Be as creative as you want!

Time to have fun with a new BOSS :O Make the wither out of soul sand and wither skeleton heads like this.

But don't do it near any of your creations, because these thing are mean!!!

How about some experimentation with the new and improved, repeaters. A repeater powering another one like this, locks the signal no matter what.

Add some style!! Dye your leather armor and be the talking stock of your chunk :D

Show them monsters who is boss! Scare 'em away by hanging their brother's head on the wall.

Hang up some random items of your choice with item frames.

Chuck a carrot on the end of a stick, and the pigs will be your slave. Yay.

Add even more style to your house with flower pots and corner stairs!
