Cut it out with fabric scissors. 
Separate chain from necklace using pliers/scissors
Hot glue to jean cutout.
Hot glue decorations as desired.
Repeat with different denim & decorations.
Cut cardboard or other materials to square 
Hot Glue sides and spray paint + decorate.
