Start with plain yogurt it greek yogurt if you want to skip the straining part
Chop your cucumber and minced your garlic
Mix salt, cucumber and garlic
Strain the mixture to get all the moisture out
Use a strainer and place it on top of a large bowl
Place a cheese fabric on top
Put all your yogurt into this strainer and put this in the fridge for 24 hours until all the liquid strained.
Chop your dill
Mix dill and cucumber with the yogurt
Mix until smooth
Serve with pita or meatballs
