How to make two big beautiful loafs of bread

I got tired of paying $4 for a loaf of bread in the store so I worked on this recipe. This is a great recipe for a tasty home made loaf of bread. Substitute half whole wheat flour to make wheat bread.

Pre heat the oven to 425 degrees F while the loaves are in the final proof stage.
