STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Preheat oven to 200c note, the amounts of this recipe is completely up to you and your tastes. Want a bit more of something or less then amend as you wish. Want to add something not listed, great!
Prick your potatoes all over and arrange on a baking sheet
Cook for about an hour until skins are crispy and potato is floury
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the potato from the skins carefully into a bowl. Note: the potatoes are very hot, you will need to cradle the potato skins in some kitchen roll.
Arrange the skins onto the baking sheet and let cool
Mash the potato in the bowl with your fillings. I chose to mash it with milk, butter, mixed herbs, salt and pepper and cheese. You could use things like sour milk, bacon, spring onions etc
Lightly fill the skins with the mashed potato.
Add your final toppings. I chose to drizzle Worcestershire sauce and top with cheese and crispy onions. You can also use bacon, cheese and anything you fancy really
Cook for another 20-30 mins
Voila. Let cool so that you can handle them before you enjoy! Yum yum!
