How to make turkish stuffed eggplants (karniyarik)

I wanted to make this dish a year ago I think. But always didnt have all the ingredients at home . But... I finally made it today ! And its so easy and so delish~! Give it a try !

Preheat oven: 180 celsius degrees

Now carefully transfer the meat to the eggplants and fill the inside with the meat mixture. Carefully press meat a little bit into the eggplants to put more meat in it\ue405. PS: dont throw away the juice!

Put stuffed eggplants into oven and let it bake for about 35 minutes at 180 celsius degrees.
