Gather your ingredients. If you dont have herbs for köftes, herbs for minced meat will also be fine.
Cut onions into small pieces
(clockwise) add onions, herbs, parsley and pepper; mix well together; it should look like this; make 'meat balls' like this
Press the meat balls a little bit (like mini hamburgers)
(clockwise) add liquid butter or olive oil ; put köftes into pan; use a fork to press the meat a little bit; turn upside down after a few minutes
Make sure both sides are gold brown :).
Serve with tzatziki (my other guide ^_^!) and couscous - enjoy :d!!
- 500.0g Minced meat (beef)
- 2.0 Medium onions
- 6.0Tbsp Parsley
- 42.5g Herbs for köftes
- Liquid butter or olive oil
