How to make turkish coffee

Measure the amount of cold water you will need , then put it in the pot .

Place your pot of water on the stove and turn the heat to medium hight ( just until the water heats up ).

Now its boiling .

Add sugar to taste , DON'T stir it yet , let the water warm up little bit.

Now add the cardamom .

Turn down the heat and add the coffee , don't stir it yet , just let the coffee float on the surface .

Pour it in the cups .

You can serve it with date or any type of sweets .
