How to make turkey lettuce wraps
Quick, easy, yummy, healthy! Low carb and high protein meal.

INGREDIENTS
Sauté ground turkey in diced 1/2 a white onion 2 cloves minced garlic. Brown the turkey and try and separate the chunks of meat as much as possible
Dice can of water chestnuts
Here's all of the sauces you will be adding to the ground turkey. Siracha sauce is optional. I like to start off with about a tablespoon of each and add according to taste.
Add in the sauce. Keep breaking down the chunks of meat
Chop up your green onions and cilantro!
Some people like cilantro more than others. Put as much or as little as you'd like... Or none at all.
Add in water chestnuts, green onions, and cilantro. Mix well.
Grate your carrot and smash your peanuts or cashews. These are your toppings. To smash the cashews (what I used), I put them in a ziplock and used a meat tenderizer. Don't smash them too much!
Don't forget to wash the romaine lettuce! When done, put a spoonful of turkey...
... And top with carrots and peanuts/cashews! Eat it like a taco or fold it up like a lettuce burrito. Enjoy!! 😊

- Peanuts or cashews
