Our ingredients mis en place. Feel free to add other spices like cayenne or paprika, or another crunchy vegetable like celery.
Open and drain the tuna, and place in a bowl.
Add the mayo. I just eyeball it with 2 or 3 squeezes of the bottle. Add the other ingredients as well, except the tomato.
Mix it well. Taste and see if you need to adjust the flavors.
Chop and add the tomatoes for crunch to balance the texture. Celery or green onion work also. I added some fresh basil as well.
Mix it up and eat.
- 1.0 Can tuna
- 1/3c Mayonnaise
- 1.0Tbsp Ground mustard
- 1.0oz Lemon juice
- 1/2tsp Ground pepper
- 4.0 Cherry tomatoes
