Gather Supplies
Wrap tulle around book or magazine. Pick size you would like...magazine vertically will be a larger Pom Pom.
Wrap 25 times for a full sized Pom Pom.
Carefully take tulle off magazine...
Hold tulle in the middle...
Wrap tightly with rubber band.
Cut apart each loop.
Gather ends tightly together...
Trim edges even.
Fluff up & shape Pom Pom.
Pretty!
