Put the red arrows facing away from you

place white bands from red down to the bottom of your loom

Skipping the first peg in each row make a triangle of red then then yellow and green and blue and purple can continue until you run out of room for a triangle

Go to the right you're going to go behind your triangle and place the band on the next peg go behind the blue triangle and get the white band on the next peg continue, do this to the end

Now go left and do the same thing you did on the right until you get to the end

Take the right rows top peg and a lace it on the middle rows top peg and do the same on the left row

Take off loom except for the first middle row peg and add the extension
