Brownies 2 tsps instant espresso powder 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 2 cup eggs. Preheat oven to 350
Using hand mixer, mix sugar and melted butter.
Mix together dry ingredients- cocoa, espresso powder , flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
Add eggs to step two and mix.
Slowly add dry ingredients while mixing.
Get an 8x8 and line it with tin foil. Press foil down firmly into the dish and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour batter into prepared dish and spread evenly (batter will be thick)
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Frosting 1/2 cup butter-softened 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp instant espresso powder 2 tsps heavy cream
Combine butter and powder sugar . Mix for 3-4 mins until light and fluffy. Cover it if it begins to make a mess.
Add espresso powder, cream, and cocoa powder mix for 1 more minute.
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips 1 tsp shortening
Melt together and let cool
Frost your brownies
Drizzle melted chocolate over frosted brownies
