Add the flour to a bowl.
Add the polenta to the bowl.
Stir through the flour and polenta.
Add the lukewarm water intermittently until dough has combined.
Sprinkle some flour on a flat surface.
Place the ball of doing on the surface and knead until it is smooth.
Break the ball into 10 pieces.
Sprinkle some flour over the pieces and roll the pieces into a ball.
Make some space and sprinkle some more flour.
Place one of the mini balls of dough into the centre.
Flatten the ball.
Roll it out into a large flat circle.
Place on a plate that is covered with foil.
Repeat with the other balls.
Heat a pan to high.
Place one of the tortillas on to the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Once it starts to brown over with foil & repeat with the rest of the tortillas. This is ready for consumption.
