Add chicken to crock pots.
Drain and rinse black beans.
Add rotel tomatoes. I used 1 can mild and 1 can cilantro lime.
Add corn with liquid.
Add drained black beans.
Empty ranch packet.
1 tablespoon cumin.
1 tsp chili powder.
1 tsp onion powder.
Mix.
Add 2 blocks cream cheese.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Stir each hour.
After 3 hours, Shred chicken in a bowl.
Place back in crock pot and stir.
Cook on low 2 more hours.
Serve over rice and top with cheese and sour cream (if desired).
