INGREDIENTS

With pastry brush, lightly coat one side of each tortilla with oil (I change it up from time to time and spice up the oil with ground cumin to give it a Mexican flavor)

Stack tortillas evenly oiled side up

With serrated knife cut stack into half then quarters then eights

Spray Pam on baking sheet

Arrange tortilla pieces on sheet greased side up

Toast in Preheated oven at 350 degrees for ten minutes or until browned lightly.. Make sure they don't get over baked

In a small bowl mix all dry ingredients together

When baked put in bowl sprinkle in dry ingredients to add flavor and shake

  • 12.0 Corn tortillas or flour
  • 2.0Tbsp Oil
  • 1.0tsp Sea salt
  • 1.0tsp Cajun
  • 1.0tsp Cayenne pepper
