Cut three carrots
Cut two celery stalks
Cut about 1 cup onion
Add to pan, add 1 T olive oil
1 tsp Italian spices
Veggie broth
Add to pot
After veggies are soft add to broth
Bring to boil
Rinse kidney beans and add to broth
Add frozen or fresh spinach about 4 oz
Bring back to boil
Add frozen tortellini
Simmer for five mins
Serve with bread or crackers
