Worst ones: propylene glycol (solvent), fluoride (controversial additive and potentially toxic to children), sodium lauryl sulfate (known to cause small tears in mouth that can lead canker sores.

Baking soda, canning salt, and ground cinnamon (canning salt has no additives included)
