Thinly slice the radishes, chop the garlic finely. Cilantro leaves, mint leaves and spinach leaves.
Mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic and sesame seeds and marinate the tofu. Marinate for at least 20 minutes. The longer you keep better it absorbs the flavor.
Sauté the tofu in a non stick pan.
Until its nice and crisp. Make sure to turn and cook all the sides.two minutes each side.
Dip the rice paper in water and lay on the plate. Place the spinach leaves, top it with green onions and then add the thinly sliced radishes.
Next place the tofu and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Add cilantro leaves.
A few mint leaves.. Again sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Roll the paper..
Cut into half and serve with peanut sauce. Tip : when you roll the paper make sure its nice and tight. Enjoy :) Peanut sauce recipe coming soon..
- 500.0g Tofu
- 1.0bnch Spinach leaves

- 4.0 Rice paper
