How to make tissue paper pom poms

Stack all of your sheets of tissue paper on top of each other. You can use any colors you want!

Fold the paper over and under like you are making a paper fan.

You tissue paper should look like this.

Fold it in half

Cut it in half

Fold one of the halves in half

Un fold and cut little triangles on the folded crease.

Tie a string around the center

Cut the edges to form a curve.

Your tissue paper should now look like this.

Unfold the paper a little bit to look like a giant fan

Start to slowly pull each piece of paper out to form a ball shape.

Now you have a tissue paper Pom Pom!
