Brewed your coffee, I'm using Vietnamese coffee for this recipe.
In the first bowl, whisk yellow egg with 1/4 cup of sugar.
In the second bowl, whisk egg whites with 1/4 cup of sugar.
In the third bowl, mash mascarpone cheese with a fork. To make sure there are no lump in it.
Dip lady finger in a coffee and placed it in a plate in a row. Add cream mixture in it and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Continue doing the same things for the second row and refrigerate for min 3 hr.
- 3.0c Strong brewed coffee
- 3.0 Eggs
- 1/2c Sugar
- 2.0Tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1.0lb Mascarpone cheese
- 2.0 Package lady finger
