How to make tie up shorts

Just as if you are going to do a lace up shirt, you want to start near the bottom and cut I slit

Keep cutting slits until you find your desired length/amount of ties

Now that you have cut your slits u want to cut them in half

Now you want to tie your two pies in double knots
