Add 1 tablespoon of honey to your glass.
Stud the lemon slice with the cloves.
Combine honey, lemon slice, and cinnamon stick in glass / mug.
Add 2 oz bourbon.
Fill glass with hot (not boiling) water. Ideally you want to add 8 ounces, so you have a 4:1 ratio of hot water to whiskey.
Stir to dissolve the honey (I used a chopstick here but you could certainly use a spoon). Thats it! Enjoy!
