Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Mash the bananas
Mix oil, sugars, eggs, milk and bananas in a large bowl.
Add salt, baking powder, flour and vanilla and mix well. Then add chopped walnuts and mix well.
Pour equal amounts into each prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 50 minutes to an hour. Give or take a little for your oven and location.
Let cool, slice and serve. Best with milk and butter. Yum :).
