Boil sweet potatoes whilst cutting the veggies
Get all the ingredients ready... Be creative and use any vegetables you personally like! These are my favourites!.
Chop all the vegetables whilst the sweet potatoes are boiling. Go nuts with chilli and garlic...as far as I'm concerned!
Heat the pan Add olive oil or butter, fry for 2 minutes Add half of the garlic and chilli, fry for 1 minute Add the beef, fry for 5-7 minutes depending on the thickness of the beef Add all the veggies
At the end, after the spinach has been mixed in, add the sweet potatoes on the top
Season with salt and pepper and enjoy with nice glass of Shiraz. Bon appetite!!!
