STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Supplies: milk (regular, almond, rice, soy etc.), chia seeds, pomegranate seeds, honey (or other sweetener), and bananas.
Get pomegranate seeds (check out "how to de-seed pomegranate" guides on snap guide) or buy pomegranate seeds.
Measure out 1 cup of milk.
Add milk and 2 to 3 tbs (for the consistency you like) of chia seeds to a Tupperware container or mason jar. Btw, I prefer 3 tbs of chia because I like the thicker consistency.
Stir.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup, or agave). Stir until it dissolves (takes a couple of minutes).
Add 1 cup of pomegranate seeds.
Let sit in fridge overnight.
The following morning, I cut up 1/2 of a banana (save the rest for the next day)
Pour the chia pudding and mix with banana. You can save the remaining chia pudding and banana for the next day :) This one traveled to work with me.
Enjoy!
