Here are the ingredients (the milk got cut out of the picture). Set oven to 350 F
Use the paddle attachment
Put softened butter and sugar in mixer and cream together
Perfect! Now add eggs and vanilla
Turn mixer on low and slowly increase speed until the mixture is completely combined
Great! Now add a third of the flour
Mix on low to combine
Second third of the flour
All mixed and now add the last of the flour
Now add the milk
The batter is now done! Line cupcake tin with liners
Use ice cream scoop to portion the batter evenly. Cupcake should be in the oven for 20-25 minutes
Yum! Now whip up some buttercream icing (recipe can be found in my ombré cake guide)
