How to make the best pasta dish ever
This is a dish we enjoy on Friday evenings when we don't want to let the cooking take so much time.

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Supposedly this recipe is for 4 persons but we usually use the same amount of parsley, prawns, lemon and chili for 2 persons.
The supplies minus the parsley and the chili flakes. These prawns are ready to eat so they should only be heated and not cooked.
This kind of parsley probably has a different name but nothing came up in the translator...
Chop the parsley, garlic and chili. Grate the lemon peel and squeeze out the juice.
Peel the prawns.
Boil water and add the pasta. Add some olive oil as well.
Heat upp the oil and butter.
Add the garlic. If you use raw prawns allow them to simmer with the garlic 2-3 minutes depending on the size. We usually remove the pan from the heat a this stage not to burn the garlic.
Then add the chili and the prawns. Remove the pan from the heat (you don't want overcooked prawns).
Add the parsley, the lemon peel and the lemon juice. The dinner isn't far away now!
Mix it.
And finally add the pasta. You can also add some of the pasta water to make it moist. Lovely Friday pasta!
