How to make the best meatloaf you ever had
I saw two different recipes of meatloaf in two magazines and decided to create my own recipe based on the two recipes. The result is a very delish and juicy meatloaf :d! Enjoy :)!

STEPS
TOOLS
Gather your ingredients. Oops... I forgot the tomatoes and the (liquid) butter ;)!
Cut the celery and the onions into small pieces like this. Start to preheat your oven at 180 degrees.
(clockwise) 1) add olive oil to pan when its getting warm; 2) add celery and onions; 3) keep stirring; 4) until onions are getting gold brown; now let the celery and onions cool down a little bit.
(clockwise) 1) whisk the egg; 2) put minced meat into a big bowl; 3) gather all the ingredients you need for the next step as shown here.
(clockwise) 1) add tomato paste + herbs for minced meat + bread crumbs + whisked egg + pepper to the minced meat; 2) knead everything well together; 3) add celery + onions; 4) knead everything well
Use aluminum foil to wrap the baking tin. Then use (liquid) butter to butter the baking tin. This will prevent the meat stick at the foil.
Put 1/2 of the mixed minced meat in the baking tin and use a spoon to press it well. Then repeat this for the remaining 1/2 of the minced meat.
Cut 2 tomatoes into slices and then lay this on the minced meat. Remember to press the tomatoes a little bit into the meat.
Set your timer at 50 minutes and oven still 180 degrees.
Use a tooth picker to check if meat is ok. Use oven gloves to take out the baking tin and let it cool down a little bit before start to cut/ take it out. Tip: dont throw away the juice! Put in a bowl.
Carefully take meatloaf out of the baking tin and cut in to slices you prefer. Add some juice and serve with cucumber. Enjoy :d!!!
This is so delish! Look how juicy the meat is :d! Bon appetit :)!
